At Reverse Flip, we are committed to providing a clear and fair customer experience. The following policies outline how we handle order fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, and returns for our digital products, online trainings, and memberships.

1. Fulfillment of Digital Products

All of our products, including trainings, templates, tools, and memberships, are delivered digitally via email or through access to a secure online portal (e.g., Skool or similar platforms).


Access is typically granted immediately after purchase, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases due to payment verification or system delays.

If you do not receive your access information within 24 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected].


2. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our educational materials and programs. For most products, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund:

You must request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

You must show that you have attempted to engage with the material (e.g., watched trainings, downloaded templates, etc.).

Refunds will not be granted for misuse, lack of effort, or buyer’s remorse.

Please note: Refunds are not offered for Reverse Flip Advanced, Reverse Flip Pro, coaching, mentorship programs, live events, one-on-one coaching sessions, or discounted promotional offers. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, you will retain access to your membership content until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.


4. Return Policy

Since all of our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. Once a product is delivered or accessed, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned.
